At Hustle Travel, we understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your travel arrangements. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and reasonable, while also protecting our business and our suppliers.
01 Booking Cancellation
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. The following cancellation fees will apply:
If you cancel 30 days or more before departure, a 50% cancellation fee applies on the total booking cost.
Cancelling between 15 and 30 days before departure also incurs a 50% cancellation fee.
For cancellations made 15 days or less before departure, unfortunately no refund is available.
Please note that some suppliers — such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators — may have their own cancellation policies, which may be more restrictive than ours. When this is the case, we will advise you of their cancellation policy at the time of booking.
02 Changes to Bookings
If you need to make changes to your booking — such as changing your travel dates or destination — please contact us as soon as possible. Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may be subject to additional fees.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking if payment is not received by the due date or if we are unable to confirm your booking with our suppliers.
If we need to cancel your booking for an urgent reason, we will provide you with a full refund of any payments made.
